1. Products classified under medical device. For hygiene reasons, items sold are non-returnable.

2. Twelve (12) months off-site warranty on main frame & excluded::

·       Upholstery, wear & tear parts due to mishandling.

·       Loosening of bolts & nuts, bearings & brake mechanism.

3. Overall parts measured manually, please allow 3% to 8% differs.
