We accept Refunds / Exchange that meet the following conditions:

• For refunds: Quality issue upon item received within 24 hours
• For exchanges: Within 24 Hours In Original Condition
• Proof of purchase: Original invoice or Order Number
• Items must be returned to us at our office location - 5 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A #05-28 Singapore 528845 - By appointment only.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you receive it

Refund Amount

Delivery costs are non-refundable once the item has been shipped out. 

Refund items are to be returned to our warehouse. 

A transportation fee of $30 applies for our team to pick up the item at your doorstep
