·       Three (03) months service & repair, include replacement parts due to manufacturing defects.

This product will be fully assembled & setup by our in-house upon delivery; it does not require self-assembly.

 

Key features analysis:

·       Armrests made from polyurethane (PU), which offer a soft, comfortable, and durable surface for arm support.

·       The flip-back armrests can be moved out of the way to facilitate easier, safer transfer of a person from a bed, chair, or car & closer access to the table. 

·       Proper length-height armrests position help to promote good posture by reducing pressure on the spine, shoulder strain, improve hand & wrist comfort. The user should sit upright with their hips all the way back in the seat before making any adjustments.

·       The foldable legrests allow it to collapse into a smaller, more compact size for easier storage and transport.

·       The removeable seat & backrest cushions are made of thickened mesh fabric, provide good comfort by promoting breathability & air circulation. They can be removed for easy cleaning.

🛠️ What happens when I have problems with my wheelchair?

We provide repair service at our warehouse or at your place (additional transport fees apply). Alternatively, you may purchase replacement parts from us for DIY repairs.

 

Special note to buyer:

Regular checking & maintenance is required for all the parts & components on the wheelchair to ensure they are working safely to reduce breakdowns & related risks.

1. The products are classified under medical devices. For hygiene reasons, items sold are non-returnable & non-exchange.

2. The products are fully guaranteed only against the main frames of the wheelchair for 12 months from the date of purchase & excluded:

·       Upholstery and wear & tear parts due to mishandling.

·       Loosening of bolts & nuts, wheels & bearings and brake mechanism due to poor maintenance.

3. The overall parts & measurement are measured manually, please allow 3% to 8% differs.
