GENERAL WARRANTY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Warranty, Terms & Conditions

The product is fully guaranteed against the main frame of the wheelchair only for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. 

1. Warranty is effective for products purchased from GETS Meds Pte Ltd and covers for use in Singapore only.

2. The product must remained in the possession of the original customer, as per indicated on the original invoice.

3. Transfer of warranty is only applicable for products and shall be notified by the original customer in writing to us.  Our team will review the application if the new user is suitable to use this wheelchair.

4. Customer shall only engage GETS Meds Pte Ltd to provide warranty related services.

5. Warranty does not cover on-site assessment, service & repair fees.  There is a transportation fee applied, in the event of on-site assessment, collection or return delivery.

6. Under the following circumstances, parts and labour will be chargeable even during the warranty period. The warranty DOES NOT extend to the followings:

• If you are purchasing the wheelchair for business, commercial or institutional purposes. 
• The serial number of the product has been altered, tampered or removed.
• The product has been damaged and /or defect caused by user’s misuse, negligence, accident and improper maintenance & improper operation.
• The product has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with instructions given by GETS Meds Pte Ltd.
• The product has undergone, repaired, modified, or dismantled by any other third-party aside from GETS Meds. 
• Defects are caused by excessive water /fire /dust, chemical reaction, corrosive surroundings, accidents and other natural disasters, etc.
• Consumable parts such as armrest & legrest, seat & back upholstery, wheels & castors and general wear & tear parts.

7. Non-observance of all the above clause 1 to clause 7, GETS Meds reserves the right to void the warranty.  We shall accept no responsibility or liability in respect of personal injury, damages to property or consequential damage.

Exchange & Return of Goods

8. Goods sold can only be returned strictly upon our company's discretion. A re-stocking fees of 20%-30% will be charged, plus transport fee $30 per way and GST (if applicable) of the purchase price will be charged.

9. Products comes with complimentary assembly service for ready-to-use. It will be checked & demo to receiver upon delivery. In any events, all defective products, which must be unused are to be sent back to us for exchange only within 03 business days of delivery.
